E/JV Enhancements (HR/AMP)

RCUH is pleased to announce the following enhancements to our Electronic Journal Voucher (eJV) and Current Project Change Applications.  These changes will take effect February 22, 2010

eJV IMPROVEMENTS:

Ability to Search for Approved Journal Vouchers by Multiple Criteria

• Search by PI Name, Fiscal Officer, Initiator, Project Number, Employee Name or ID Number, Effective Start Date, and Journal Voucher #.

View and Download Summary Reports

• Ability to view, download, and manipulate journal voucher data 
• Reports can be customized by project number, employee, PI Name, etc. 

Ability to Change Budget Categories/Object Codes in Retroactive Transactions
