SUBJECT:   FY July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011 RCUH Fringe Benefit Schedule

Effective July 1, 2010 the RCUH Fringe Benefit Schedule will reflect the following changes:

1.  Reduced Group Life Insurance rate – $0.08 per thousand of coverage rounded upwards to next higher $1,000, if not a multiple thereof, to a maximum amount of $600,000 (Previously $0.11 per thousand of coverage through 06/30/2010).

2.  Reduced Long Term Disability rate – 0.275% of salaries and wages (Previously 0.398% of salaries and wages through 06/30/2010).

3.  Reduced Workers Compensation Insurance rate – 0.47% of salaries and wages for all employees.  (Previously 0.94% of salaries and wages through 6/30/2010).

Please plan accordingly for these changes. For further details see RCUH Policy 3.510 RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule. All fringe benefit rate changes will be reflected commencing with the July 1-15, 2010 pay period.
