This is a reminder that Performance Evaluations for the July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 rating period are due tomorrow on Friday, June 17, 2016. You may submit all evaluations by scanning and emailing them to email@example.com. We will not be accepting any late performance evaluations. Prerequisite for the annual pay adjustments, all Performance Evaluations must be turned in on Friday, June 17, 2016 in order for staff to be eligible for the pay awards (no exceptions will be granted).
As a reminder, this is only applicable to RCUH regular-status (regardless of FTE) employees.
