RCUH Preliminary FY26 Fringe Benefits Schedule – July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (Update to RCUH Policy 3.510 Fringe Benefits)

The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi (RCUH) is announcing preliminary updates to the RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule for Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 for use in proposals. RCUH anticipates finalizing the rates upon approval from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (US DHHS).

The following fringe rates have been updated:

Please refer to the RCUH Monthly Health Insurance Premium Rate Sheet for health insurance monthly premium rates which are applicable effective July 1, 2025. Actual employee enrollment (medical plan and tier) will affect fringe rate charged to projects.
