RCUH - Board of Directors

The affairs of the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi are under the general management and control of its Board of Directors. The Board consists of eight members:

Two members of the Board of Regents of the University of Hawaiʻi, selected by the Board of Regents.
Three members appointed by the Governor:
- 1 member from the University of Hawaiʻi system research faculty
- 1 member from the business sector, and
- 1 member from a non-University of Hawaiʻi research organization
One member appointed by the President of the Senate
One member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives
One member being the Vice President for Research of the University of Hawaiʻi system (ex-officio, non-voting)
