TRAINING – Benefits Training (Supervisors/Administrative Support); Benefits Informational Session (Employees) on Kauai

      I.        FOR PROJECT SUPERVISORS & ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF:  We will be holding a one (1) hour Benefits Training Session for RCUH project supervisors and administrative staff on Kauai. 

DATE:              Friday, September 24, 2010

TIME:                9:00 – 10:00 AM   rescheduled to 2:00pm – 3:00pm

LOCATION:       Kauai Community College – One-Stop Center Rm 207

The training session will include:

·         An Overview of RCUH General Benefits and Leave Management

·         Role of RCUH Human Resources vs. Supervisor/Project Administrative Staff

·         Handling Employee Requests Regarding RCUH Benefits

·         Avoiding Employee Problems Regarding Benefits/Leave Administration

·         Workers’ Comp Reporting/Administrative Processes

·         Calculation of Fringe Benefits


Attendees may submit additional questions/topics that they would like addressed in the training prior to the meeting. We ask that you email Jill Niitani at [email protected] with your questions/topics.   


    II.        FOR EMPLOYEES:  We will be holding a separate 30 minutes – 1 hour benefits Informational Session for RCUH Employees on Kauai.
