For those interested in attending, the Hawaii State Ethics Commission will be conducting an ethics training class for state employees on Friday, August 26, 2011. This class will cover the state ethics laws that apply to all state employees. Topics will include conflicts of interest; gifts and the reporting of gifts; misuse of government office and government resources; and post-employment restrictions.
