RCUH is pleased to announce that notary service is now available at our Manoa Innovation Center office (2800 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 200, Honolulu, HI 96822).
There are two (2) notaries who will notarize documents at no charge for RCUH PIs and employees:

Please contact Taui or Gayle to schedule an in-person appointment when notary services are required. We ask that you provide them with adequate lead time to work you into their schedules. As required by law, a current identification card or document issued by the United States or any of its states or a national government that contains the bearer’s photograph and signature (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport) is required at the time of your visit. Documents requiring notarization cannot be pre-signed.
