• Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) Changes
• Pay Rate Changes
• Performance Evaluation/Award
• One-Time Payment (project specific – must be pre-approved by RCUH Human Resources)

To view your compensation history or pay statement, log into Employee Self-Service (ESS) and click on the Payroll and Compensation tab. Your benefits summary can be found on the Benefits tab.
