The RCUH Financial Portal is back in operation and Fiscal Administrators may resume approving transactions.

On Friday, December 15, 2023, we encountered a system error which affected our end-of-day business processing. Vendor payments for transactions approved on December 15 will be processed in accordance with our normal processing schedule.

RCUH transactions approved on December 15 for UH Extramural and SRRC accounts will be transmitted and posted to the UH Kuali Financial System on December 18.

Additionally, vendor payments for transactions approved on Monday, November 27 through Thursday, November 30, Monday, December 4, 2023, and Thursday, December 14 have been processed in accordance with our normal processing schedule. Checks were printed and distributed, and ePayments (ACH and Card) were processed. However, the Financial Portal Approved listing screens and Search All Documents have not been updated with payment information (Check Date, Check Number, Payment Type) for transactions approved on those days.
