Upon termination of health benefits, employees and their dependents should receive a Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) Notice/Election form which allows them to continue their health plan(s) on an individual basis for a specified period of time. During Benefits Open Enrollment, new plan rates will be provided and individuals will have an opportunity to make changes to their enrollment (i.e., change in plan or coverage tier).


FOR EMPLOYEES CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN COBRA:

During this time, you will be able to review your current health coverage and make changes to best suit the needs of you and your family. Our Open Enrollment election period is May 12 – May 23, 2025. All changes will be effective July 1, 2025.

Enrollment forms and supporting documents (if any) must be mailed to RCUH Human Resources postmarked by May 23, 2025. If you are not making any changes, no action is needed on your part.
