UPDATE (July 18 – 3:30 pm) Kaiser has confirmed receipt of our enrollment file. New enrollees should be able to still obtain services through Kaiser’s “Believe Me Policy.” Account access through kp.org may still be delayed or show “inactive,” however Kaiser has informed us they will make a note to affected employee’s charts and should not be denied services.

Please be aware that we have received notice that there is an issue with Kaiser’s processing of RCUH’s electronic Open Enrollment file for employees who are newly enrolled.
