The eSign migration scheduled for Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM has been canceled. The State of Hawaii Enterprise Technology Services Office will provide a new migration date once they receive confirmation from Adobe.

Due to previous issues with the last migration, the State of Hawaii Enterprise Technology Services Office has notified RCUH that they will proceed with another eSign (Acrobat Sign) migration on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Migration is estimated to be completed by the following day.

Users may experience limited or no access to Acrobat Sign during the migration window. Please do not initiate or process any agreements during this time.
