TO:                 All Principal Investigators and Fiscal Administrators The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi (RCUH) is announcing preliminary updates to the RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule for Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 for use in proposals. RCUH anticipates finalizing the rates upon approval from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (US DHHS).
