In an effort to minimize IT costs and better align our systems with the University of Hawaiʻi, RCUH will transition from its current Training Portal (Litmos) to UH’s Lamakū Learning Management System (powered by Brightspace by D2L) on Monday, June 15, 2026.
This new platform will simplify training compliance for RCUH employees. Learners will no longer have to upload certificates of completion for UH Title IX Training, UH Information Security Awareness Training, or the Hawaii State Ethics Training!
To prepare for this transition, RCUH employees should:
1) Confirm their UH username.
If you do not have or cannot remember your UH username, visit https://www.hawaii.edu/username/ and click “Get a UH Username!” Input the requested information in the Check Status fields.
2) Complete UH Title IX Training by May 30, 2026 (if applicable).
The training will be retired on May 30, 2026, and any partial progress will be lost after that date. The new course will be assigned to all individuals with UH usernames in September 2026.
3) Refrain from using the RCUH Training Portal from June 1-14, 2026.
During this time, RCUH will be transferring information from the Training Portal into Lamakū.
More communications will be shared as the transition date approaches, including a user guide and updated policy. Stay tuned!
