This Request for Application (RFA) is issued by the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) for the benefit of the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) (hereinafter “Project”) to solicit applications from Applicants who wish to be considered for the Workforce Development Training Program (WDTP) Cohort 4. The contract will be issued and administered as an Agreement for Services with the RCUH for the benefit of the Project. Closing date for receipt of questions is July 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM and applications must be received by August 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
