As of January 6, 2026, your current W-2 form (tax year 2025) was made available on RCUH Employee Self-Service Portal:
Employee Self-Service tab > Pay and Taxes > View W-2/W-2c Forms > Year End Form
If you did not consent to receive your form electronically, or have withdrawn your consent before December 26, 2025, a paper W-2 form was mailed out to your mailing address on record (as of December 2025).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are having difficulties opening your .pdf W-2 form, please make sure that the pop-up blocker on your browser is off or allows our website.
