UPDATE: As of Friday, January 9, 2026 RCUH will no longer be accepting new tuition reimbursement applications for Spring 2026. This does not affect applications received by RCUH Employee Benefits prior to this date. If you have already submitted a request to RCUH Employee Benefits and received an approval for this semester, this does not affect your approved application – please proceed with taking your course and sending in your passing grades no later than 30 days after class ends to receive the reimbursement.
RCUH HR is now accepting Tuition Reimbursement applications for the Spring 2026 semester! We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible as requests will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that applications are due no later than two (2) business days BEFORE the first day of instruction.
For the Spring 2026 semester only, RCUH HR will not be requiring proof of payment upon application due to the payment grace period announcement by UH President Wendy Hensel. However, all applicants must submit proof of payment prior to receiving reimbursement.
