Prior to your termination of employment with RCUH, please review the documents below.
Upon termination of health benefits, eligible employees and their dependents should receive a Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) Notice/Election form which allows them to continue their health plan(s) on an individual basis for a specified period of time. During Benefits Open Enrollment, new plan rates will be provided and individuals will have an opportunity to make changes to their enrollment (i.e., change in plan or coverage tier).
Visit the RCUH COBRA webpage for more details.
For Employees Currently Enrolled In COBRA
RCUH's Annual Open Enrollment election period typically takes place in early May for July 1 start date. Current COBRA enrollees will be notified of the updated rates and may choose to change plans or add qualified dependents to their elections.
Thinking of retiring? Schedule an appointment with the RCUH Employee Benefits section ([email protected]) at least three (3) months prior to your expected retirement date. Visit our RCUH Retirees page for more details.
