For Fiscal Administrators

The Fiscal Administrator (FA) provides guidance and assistance to the Principal Investigator/Project Staff to ensure adherence and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, federal requirements, and tax rules.

FAs should familiarize themselves with RCUH’s Procurement & Disbursing policies, as well as Accounting policies to support their Principal Investigators.

  • RCUH accepts electronic signatures using the State’s eSign service; FAs may request eSign accounts for project staff who need to route documents for signature by emailing [email protected].

  • FAs shall maintain a procurement file for each purchase in one complete file and in one location.

  • Form to update, close, or request a new Intramural account. Must receive appropriate UH authorization before submission to RCUH.
