The Fiscal Administrator (FA) provides guidance and assistance to the Principal Investigator/Project Staff to ensure adherence and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, federal requirements, and tax rules.

FAs should familiarize themselves with RCUH’s Procurement & Disbursing policies, as well as Accounting policies to support their Principal Investigators.

  • Purchase Orders and Contracts
  • Sole Source
  • Financial Portal Reports
  • Tax Expenditures
