RCUH has been informed by the State Procurement Office that purchases made through the RCUH Financial Portal cannot utilize NASPO/SPO price or vendor list contracts. This is due to the fact that RCUH is exempt from HRS Chapter 103D. Thus, even if UH (or another State agency) is the contracting party, a NASPO/SPO contract cannot be used if the purchase is being processed on an RCUH Purchase Order.
