Per Governor Green’s announcement, all state, county offices (including RCUH’s offices) and public schools will be closed on Monday, August 17 due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Lala. UH President Wendy Hensel echoed his sentiments, stating that all 10 UH campuses will be closed. RCUH PAYROLL DEADLINE

• RCUH’s Payroll Deadline remains 12:00 noon HST on Monday, August 17, 2026. All eTimesheets must be submitted and fully approved by this deadline. Employees and supervisors are strongly encouraged to complete their submissions and approvals as soon as possible. PIs and supervisors may submit on behalf of their employees to ensure their employees are paid.
• The RCUH Payroll team will continue processing payroll during the closure. However, due to the limited processing window surrounding the Statehood Day holiday, RCUH will be unable to accommodate eTimesheets submitted or approved after the noon deadline, and we will not be able to make exceptions for non-submitted or late eTimesheets.
• Please prioritize completing all required payroll actions promptly and take appropriate precuations to remain safe.
