RCUH Supplemental Retirement Annuity (SRA) 403(b): Roth Contributions & SRA eForm Available Now!

September 21, 2026

RCUH is now offering post‑tax (Roth) contributions into the Supplemental Retirement Annuity (SRA) 403(b) plan! Roth contributions allow your savings to grow tax‑free, which can be especially beneficial if you are focused on long‑term growth and tax‑free withdrawals in retirement. Employees may choose to make pre‑tax (Traditional) contributions, post‑tax (Roth) contributions, or a combination of both into their SRA account depending on which approach best aligns with their financial goals.

Ready to begin making contributions into the SRA 403(b)? Please submit a NEW SRA eForm via eUpload in Employee Self-Service! The eForm will allow employees to elect their pre- and post-tax SRA contributions and submit to RCUH Human Resources for processing without the need for a manual form.

Please review our Benefit Spotlight: Retirement Accounts for key resources including the SRA 403(b) plan document, SRA maximum calculator, IRS contribution limits for 2026, and more!

The RCUH SRA plan is managed by TIAA, and we highly encourage participants to schedule a consultation with a TIAA financial professional to create and review a plan that meets their current and long-term financial needs.

  • Employees will be prompted to log in using their TIAA credentials. First time logging in? Go through the “Need Online Access” steps on the TIAA login page.

IMPORTANT: RCUH - SECURE 2.0 Notification: Supplemental Retirement Annuity 403(b) Catch-up Contributions for employees earning more than $150,000 (based on FICA earnings) in tax year 2025
