RCUH is pleased to resume notary services to support researchers with documents related to official RCUH and University of Hawaiʻi business. A Government notary is on-site, limited by law to notarize documents that are connected to official government business (i.e., directly related to RCUH or UH work). RCUH will not charge a fee for these services and are restricted from notarizing personal documents.

Requirements: Please email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.  Signers must appear in person and provide valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport).
