As an RCUH employee, it is important that you are aware of:

  • Job-Related Trainings
  • Important Dates in the Payroll Calendar
  • How to Report Injuries/Workers’ Compensation
  • How to View and Update Compensation & Tax Information

Mandatory Trainings for ALL RCUH employees (regardless of status or FTE):

  • EEO/Sexual Harassment Prevention or UH’s Title IX Training (due annually)
  • Workplace Violence Prevention (UH or RCUH’s course is accepted; due annually)
  • Hawaii State Ethics Code (due once every four years)

To learn more about RCUH’s mandatory employee training, please view Policy 3.270. We also suggest you view your job description in Employee Self-Service to see if additional training is required or applicable to your position and contact your Principal Investigator or supervisor if you have any questions.
