Mandatory Trainings for All RCUH Employees 

As an RCUH employee, it is important that you are aware of mandatory trainings. These trainings are mandatory for all RCUH employees regardless of status or FTE. Each training must be recertified on a certain cadence.

• EEO/Sexual Harassment Prevention or UH’s Title IX Training (due annually)
• Workplace Violence Prevention (UH or RCUH’s course is accepted; due annually)
• Hawaii State Ethics Code (due once every four years)

We also suggest you view your job description in Employee Self-Service to see if additional training is required or applicable to your position and contact your Principal Investigator or supervisor if you have any questions.
