Effective October 1, 2026, eligible employees will be allowed up to fifteen (15) working days of paid, job-protected military leave for periods of active duty or active-duty training in the Armed Forces. A full-time (100% FTE) employee is allowed up to 120 hours of military leave with pay. Policy 3.674 has been updated to reflect this change.
